Hello,
friends! I am a happy woman. I love my work because I know that
my staff and I are serving our patients in ways that are valuable,
effective, and unique. I am proud of the vision our team wrote
together: "The Bettendorf Dental team strives toward excellence by
nurturing healthy choices for all patients within a compassionate
environment." In addressing your questions, needs and concerns, WE
LISTEN. Studies have shown that fear of going to the dentist is among
the top five fears. Our staff is committed to easing this worry.
Additionally, I have taught students at the University of Iowa College of
Dentistry how to care for anxious patients.
With the intent of
making our office as homelike and comfortable as possible, we have designed
our reception room to look like a living room, with an adjacent coffee bar
and children's area. The treatment rooms, with their bay windows,
ceiling mounted television sets, plants, and quilts are designed to seem like
a den. Many patients have expressed delight with being able to watch
their favorite cable prgrams while receiving dental care.
If we presently serve
you or your family at Bettendorf Dental, we thank you! If you are new
to our area or are seeking dental care, we hope you will stop by our office
for a personal tour soon!
